Born in 1941 in the province Borçka of Artvin, Ahmet Bayramoğlu has started his business life in a small shop at the Gazcılar district of Osmangazi in Bursa in 1960.
In the 1960s, he launched the first steel company of South Marmara, in the Bursa Organised Industrial Zone. Throughout his business life, with important references of companies, who are the backbone of the automotive industry such as Renault, Tofaş, he has made significant contributions to the development of the industry in Bursa.
During his business career, as he continued to weld iron, at the beginning of the 1980s, he entered the industrial construction sector with the construction of the Bozüyük Eczacıbaşı Ceramic Factory. Since those years, many huge factory construction projects contained “Bayramoğlu”s signature. In 1978 in Bursa, Ahmet Bayramoğlu pioneered in founding BUSIAD with industrialists and businessmen in Bursa and he became the founding member of the organisation. In 1983, he founded Bayramoğlu Endüstriyel Çelik A.Ş., which has become an international brand in the welded steel industry in 1983.
The founder of our company, Ahmet Bayramoğlu was married and father to 4 children. After his disease on May 24, 2015, his grandchildren Burak Çeliktaş and Alikaan Çiftçi took over the management of Bayramoğlu Endüstri Holding.
Bayramoğlu Endüstri Holding laid its foundations in Bursa. This was the time when the brand Bayramoğlu took its place in business life.
First steel company of South Marmara region was established by Bayramoğlu in the Bursa Organised Industrial Zone.
The Bozüyük Eczacıbaşı ceramic factory project carried out at the beginning of the 1980s, was recorded as the first major and important project of Bayramoğlu.
Bayramoğlu quickly securing its position in the industry became a “joint-stock company” as a result of its growing within the course of time.
Bayramoğlu became the steel construction contractor of Oyak Renault production facilities as built in the Bursa Organised Industrial Zone.
Bayramoğlu A.Ş. entered the suppliers list of European Nuclear Research (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire) CERN.
Under the joint venture of Bayramoğlu A.Ş. and the Spanish Barga SL, B&B Yenilebilir Enerji was established to produce parts for wind turbine towers.
Resolux Group, which was a part of Bayramoğlu A.Ş. has been transferred to Gexpro Services. Bayramoğlu A.Ş. started to give management consultancy services to Resolux Türkiye.
BGO Endüstriyel İnovasyon A.Ş. active in the field of industrial constructions, has been established under the partnership of Bayramoğlu A.Ş. and Gazioğlu Endüstriyel.
Bayramoğlu A.Ş. successfully passing the Industrial Competency Assessment and Support Project (EYDEP), realised by the Head of Defence Industry; has been taken into list of suppliers of companies such as Roketsan, Aselsan, Havelsan and Aspilsan. Upon passing Roketsan’s quality audit with success, Bayramoğlu A.Ş. has realised its first project in the defence industry.
The title of Bayramoğlu A.Ş. has been converted to Bayramoğlu Endüstri Holding. The same year, under the roof of the Holding, the pre-production facility of BGO A.Ş. has been established.
